I am passionate about waffles, and Friday the 13th decided to show its true colors to me, so today: Waffles.

Gluten free.
Light and crispy.
Lemon Raspberry Ricotta with a Lemon Vanilla Mint syrup.
Altered a recipe.
This is the prettiest one I made since the waffle iron I used was built in the 1800s.

I’ve been eating a lot lately.

The freshest ingredients I have ever experienced in a pizza. While the crust could have been a bit more crisp on the bottom, I wouldn’t mess with the flavors as all.
I don’t know much about “the best pizza ever” but I do know a thing or 2 about excellent quality and it doesn’t get better than this.
